Tuesday, March 8th was International Women’s Day! And this year’s theme is #BreakTheBias – to imagine a world free of bias, stereotypes, and discrimination. A world that's diverse, equitable, and inclusive. A world where difference is valued and celebrated. 

Yet, our reality is in stark contrast to this future vision. We are living in very challenging times. It seems like there are new obstacles and conflicts every day. And women are being disproportionately affected everywhere.
